Hello, everyone! I'm a second-year master's student at the Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It's an incredible honor to have won first place in the writing category of the 2024 National College Students "Belt and Road" English Competition. I have ranked top three nationwide among non-English majors, and I'm truly grateful for this recognition.

Preparing for this competition was both challenging and fascinating. Writing in English on complex topics related to the Belt and Road Initiative required a balance between clarity and depth. I focused on reading international articles and practicing writing skills, which helped strengthen my writing and understanding of China's role in this global strategic development plan. My advice for future participants is to ground your work in authentic research and stay passionate about the subject that real enthusiasm always shines through.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to introduce the Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, where I have been conducting my research. XTIPC is located on China's ancient Silk Road, and plays a vital role in advancing the Belt and Road Initiative program. Our research supports this initiative by developing new materials, technologies, and sustainable solutions in collaboration with nations along the route. For instance, our institute conducts cutting-edge work in water purification and energy conservation technologies, directly addressing major challenges in development of the Belt and Road regions, and supporting sustainable and cooperative development goals across the countries and regions.

Representing my institute and achieving this wonderful accomplishment is an unforgettable experience in my individual development, which reinforces my commitment to both scientific advancement and global cooperation. Thank you again for this opportunity, and I will contribute more to the success of the Belt and Road Initiative in the coming years.
