Responsibilities:

Project support to APAC Talent Intelligence and Pipeline projects
• Collaborate with TA team in different markets of APAC to conduct research in talent market
• Data analysis based on the research from the regional and the global Sourcing
• Support creates research templates and ensure that all the information collected is engaging and updated
• Responsible for the creativeness of report templates and the UX/UI
• Help maintain the external database/pipeline of executive level by disciplines & markets through ATS

Campus Recruitment：

• Intern hiring support, sourcing, and interviewing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews and deliver offer.
• Support Campus recruitment campaign brainstorm, creative design, WeChat post preparation.
•  Engage in various HR events (Onboarding orientation, Intern Gathering etc..

Requirements：

•  Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, solid knowledge in HR, Talent Acquisition
•  Good intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
•   Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
•   Fluent in both oral and written English
•   Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
